May 2025 TBR

I designated my April 2025 TBR open for mood reading and I’m so glad I did that. It was a nice reset and now I feel like I can tackle a few more ARCs. So my May 2025 TBR is back on that ARC wagon, but I still hope to do a little bit of mood reading. I know Jak Laurel at Lost in the Narrative wants me to get my butt in action and read A MONSOON RISING by Thea Guanzon. 😛

This is also Wyrd and Wonder month. I’m feeling a little burnt out from blogging, so my participation this year will be smaller. Basically I’ll probably just stick to fantasy/speculative fiction reviews, which I tend to do anyway. Without further ado, here’s my May 2025 TBR.

April 2025 TBR

It’s my birthday month, so my goal is to mood read as much as possible. So even though my April 2025 TBR follows the same format as usual, I could jump around a lot. I have to travel for work in early April, so during that time, especially, I might jump around to books not necessarily listed here. Anyway, enough of my babbling. March 2025 TBR: Trope-ical Readathon

Happy March, everyone! Like last August, I’m using the Trope-ical Readathon as a template for my March 2025 TBR. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve participated in this. February 2025 TBR

I did really well with my January 2025 TBR, probably because I had a lot of motivation to read them between SFINCS and ARC deadlines. I feel pretty good about what I read last month and even threw in some extras. So, now it’s time to look at my February 2025 TBR. This may or may not be a slower reading month depending on how I physically feel while I recover from a more invasive procedure.

January 2025 TBR

Happy New Year, everyone! I hope this year is better for everyone, myself included! I did ok with my December TBR and finished two books while DNF another. In January I have a lot going on health-wise, so if I get to everything on my January 2025 TBR, then I will be very impressed and surprised with myself. As I mentioned in my December wrap-up, I get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. And later in the month I have other things going on. So, while my January 2025 TBR consists mostly of SFINCS Round 2 novellas, I really hope to get to a few other books, too. However, if I can’t, then I’ll have to give myself some grace.
