I’ve been in a weird reading mood all month. I can’t seem to settle down to read. Perhaps one reason is most of the books I’ve picked up so far are kind of average, so I’m not super motivated to read them. The other reason is it’s gardening season and I was in Florida for a few days visiting friends and going to theme parks. I’m trying to stay out of a reading slump. It’s by pure determination that I even have a WWW Wednesday update!

Just like in May, I’m off to a slow start with my reading! June is another busy month between gardening, ballet classes, my mom’s birthday, Father’s Day, and I have a short trip planned. I’m enjoying my current eyeball read, but it isn’t a “fast” one. Nevertheless, here’s my latest WWW Wednesday.

Apologies that I haven’t been on the blogosphere much, much less posted a review in the last week! We had our floors done upstairs and it’s been a bit chaotic. So my reading time has been more sporadic. And then we found out that our HVAC system is on the fritz (and our water heater maybe has another year left), which is not something we anticipated. I had no idea how expensive HVAC systems are!!! Naturally, we found this out after we’d paid for the flooring contract and paid a lot of money to have our AC fixed in our car. This year is quickly becoming expensive! 🙁 Anyway…enough life stuff.
