WWW Wednesday: February 4, 2026

My reading has been slow lately, so I didn’t post last week. And it’s still kind of slow, but right now I’m enjoying what I’m reading. I haven’t for the life of me, though, been able to get through an audiobook recently. I just had to return another audiobook that I’m part way through. Alas, I’ll get out of this semi-slump at some point. But I at least have enough progress to participate in this week’s WWW Wednesday.

WWW Wednesday was revived and hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. The idea is to answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses.

What are you currently reading?

What have you just finished reading?

What are you going to read next?

February 2026 TBR

While I did a great job with my priority reads in January, I did abysmally with my physical TBR. That was partly due to traveling, so I prioritized whatever was on my Kindle. And it was partly because of all the terrible news, so I couldn’t concentrate on my picks. Instead I settled for a dystopian read (SUNRISE ON THE REAPING). Hopefully I’ll be able to stick more to my February 2026 TBR. Though, as always, I am a mood reader so I reserve the right to change my reading around. 🙂

January 2026 Book Blog Wrap-Up

I didn’t expect January to fly by so quickly, but, alas, it did. My reading game started out strong, even if not all of them were amazing, and then fizzled toward the end as a result of watching terrible things happen to good people. Everything is so heavy right now and it’s become even harder to find some calm in reading. I’m not great at finding the right words to say for hard topics, but I do hope everyone is safe and that they know they matter. <3 While I’m having a hard time concentrating on reading, getting caught up with blogging has been a little easier. So here’s my January 2026 Book Blog Wrap-Up right on time.

February 2026 Book Releases

January was a full month for book releases and February is no different, apparently! I have a dozen books to share in my list of anticipated February 2026 book releases. As usual, the books are mostly fantasy and I of course won’t be able to get to all of them no matter how much I want to. I do have a couple ARCs from the list, which I need to tackle soon. Anyway, dive into this list of February 2026 book releases. Maybe you’ll add more to your TBR!
