I didn’t expect January to fly by so quickly, but, alas, it did. My reading game started out strong, even if not all of them were amazing, and then fizzled toward the end as a result of watching terrible things happen to good people. Everything is so heavy right now and it’s become even harder to find some calm in reading. I’m not great at finding the right words to say for hard topics, but I do hope everyone is safe and that they know they matter. <3 While I’m having a hard time concentrating on reading, getting caught up with blogging has been a little easier. So here’s my January 2026 Book Blog Wrap-Up right on time.

December was…Decembering. It started out rough for me, but got better as the month went on. I sort of stepped back a little from blogging, but mainly just because I felt busy, so it fell to the wayside a bit. While my reading took a bit of a hit, I still managed to post four reviews. As you’ll see in my December 2025 Book Blog Wrap-Up, I also did some fun non-bookish things. 🙂

November was a weird month for a number of reasons I won’t get into here. But I surprisingly finished a good number of books and made a dent in my physical TBR. So I’m happy about that! I stayed on top of posting reviews every week, which I linked below in this November 2025 Book Blog Wrap-Up. You can check the November 2025 archive for book memes like WWW Wednesday updates.

Happy Halloween, everyone! I had an excellent reading month this October. Rather than stick to mostly fantasy, I read more outside of my preferred genre and had a lovely time doing so. I even felt like I enjoyed my selection more than usual, if my average StoryGraph rating has anything to say about that this month! Anyway, I present my October 2025 book blog wrap-up, which contains links to the reviews I posted this month as well as a summary of my reading and other life tidbits.
