WWW Wednesday was revived and hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. The idea is to answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses.

TOWER OF DAWN by Sarah J. Maas: I’m back to reading this! I powered through about 100 pages Monday night by leaving my phone upstairs on a different floor than me. At over halfway now, I wonder when there will be some action!
HOUSE OF ROOTS AND RUIN by Erin A. Craig: This is my current audiobook read. I’m finding it a little more interesting than its predecessor, but the instant love on the male character’s side threw me off a little yesterday. I have a few theories about why the FMC is questioning her feelings for the MMC. “A modern masterpiece, this is a classic Gothic thriller-fantasy from bestselling author Erin A. Craig, about doomed love, menacing ambition, and the ghosts that haunt us forever.“
Just Finished

YESTERYEAR by Caro Claire Burke: Yep, I finished this since last week’s WWW Wednesday. I haven’t had time to put my thoughts into a review yet. But I thought it was better written than I expected it to be. And I thought it was a more interesting novel about trad wife-dom than the popcorn horror novel I read earlier this year called TRAD WIFE.
ON THE HORIZON by Lois Lowry: I listened to this while at work, so I admittedly don’t remember as much of it as I’d like. I wish I had the super power to listen to an audiobook and work at the same time, but I don’t. “From two-time Newbery medalist and living legend Lois Lowry comes a moving account of the lives lost in two of WWII’s most infamous events: Pearl Harbor and Hiroshima. With evocative black-and-white illustrations by SCBWI Golden Kite Award winner Kenard Pak.“
Reading Next

I’m definitely going to pick up THORN SEASON by Kiera Azar as my next physical read. I’d planned to do so anyway, but I also got an email from the publisher about the sequel. So I want to see if I like it enough before taking them up on the offer. My next audiobook will hopefully be THE NEAR WITCH by V.E. Schwab.

It sounds like you might post a review of Yesteryear at some point, I’m so curious! I have a different Trad Wife to read this month, it will be my first in the trad wife trend.
